This is a S-Video to Scart Cable. Made to high standard for the best quality output. This cable can be used to Connect SVHS (S-video) devices) to Scart.
It also has 2 RCA Phono cables for sound. Typical use would be connection to a S-Video port on a PC Graphics card (works with both 4 and 8 pin S-video ports) to a TV. The 2 RCA cables can be used to transfer sound. This cable can be used both ways i.e. S-Video - Scart and Scart - S-video, this is controlled by a switch.
