We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day, (subject to stock availability and payment clearance) Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday, and orders placed over weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day as priority.

Order Tracking
Once you have placed an order will keep you informed; you will receive an ‘order dispatched’ email to notify you that we have dispatched your order.
Where an express/expedited delivery service has been used a tracking number will be available to query the whereabouts of your order at any time after dispatch.

Any parcels returned to Digibuys Ltd due to failed delivery, the carriage will not be refunded and additional cost will be incurred for re-delivery

For all goods dispatched via Royal Mail; we would not be able to replace delayed or missing items until 15 working days from the date of dispatch, as the package would not be considered by royal mail as missing until this period of time has expired.
