We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day, (subject to stock availability and payment clearance) Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday, and orders placed over weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day as priority.

Delivery costs are fixed per order, you can order as many items as you like and still pay one fixed rate delivery.  We are currently offering FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £10.00

Order Tracking

Once you have placed an order will keep you informed; you will receive an ‘order dispatched’ email to notify you that we have dispatched your order.

Where an express/expedited delivery service has been used a tracking number will be available to query the whereabouts of your order at any time after dispatch.

 

Pleas Note:

• The above delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimated delivery times only, which can vary.
• All Express Courier and Expedited delivery methods will require signature on receipt. 
• Any parcels returned to Digibuys Ltd due to failed delivery, the carriage will not be refunded and additional cost will be incurred for re-delivery
• For all goods dispatched via Royal Mail; we would not be able to replace delayed or missing items until 15 working days from the date of dispatch, as the package would not be considered by royal mail as missing until this period of time has expired.
